Thoughtfully Designed

We don’t rely on others to design our homes and developments, we have our own in-house architects. Our team have specialised in new home design and in creating new communities throughout the Lincolnshire and Yorkshire region. We listen to customer feedback and adapt our designs to ensure that our homes meet the needs of our customers.

Specification

With a Cyden Home you will find a great specification. Many of our homes feature real oak veneer doors on the ground floor, floor tiling as standard in the kitchens and utilities and a great choice of kitchen units. What’s more you’ll find branded kitchen appliances, sanitary ware and taps as standard. We have even included burglar alarms for added peace of mind. We pride ourselves on our specification so you can be proud of your home.

Workmanship

We’re a local family business and we’ve been building for generations. It is only through meeting our commitments to our customers that we have been able to prosper through the years.

We pride ourselves on our quality workmanship through local suppliers and trades wherever possible, many of them will have been working with us for nearly as long as we have been building. If you are local to the area it is quite possible that someone you know helped build your home.

Traditionally built homes

With our homes you’ll find that we specialise in traditionally built homes.

Many other builders now build timber-framed houses which are covered in a ‘skin’ of brickwork, we don’t, we build our homes using traditional ‘bricks and mortar’.
