What Alexander Park
Homeowners Think
In terms of the sale experience, Andrea has been exceptional throughout the whole process, from first looking at the plot, to completion of the sale. Zack has been extremely helpful, patient and courteous at all times, and it definitely felt, and feels, like we are in safe hands. At handover, Nicola was very friendly and put us both at ease straight away, instilling confidence that there is support if needed even after completion of the sale. You have a professional, competent and efficient team here at Alexander Park and we are both very appreciative of all those involved in creating and maintaining our new home.
We had a great experience with buying a house with cyden homes and would highly recommend them.
Overall great process and great people.
I would recommend a Cyden home to everyone, they’re beautiful, the floor plans are well laid out and practical for our growing family. Thank you to everyone who’s helped us getting here.

Alexander Park is situated off Legbourne Road on the eastern edge of Louth, the capital of the Lincolnshire Wolds. Louth is some 28 miles from Lincoln and is 16 miles south of Grimsby.
Historic Louth stretches from traces of the Stone Age, through to important Bronze Age, Roman, Saxon and Medieval remains. The remains of the monastery, founded by Bishop Alexander, can still be found on the outskirts of the town and the centre is one of the best preserved Georgian marketplaces in the country.
Alfred Lord Tennyson and Captain John Smith were both educated in the town.
Louth is also home to Hubbard’s Hills a unique parkland to the west of the town. The Lincolnshire Wolds Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty borders the western fringe of Louth and to the east are the Lincolnshire Marshes with miles of open sandy beaches and creeks.
Louth offers a superb range of High Street and individual shopping, some excellent schooling, the extensive Meridian Leisure Centre, thriving football, golf, tennis and bowling clubs, the well-supported Riverhead Theatre and a County Hospital with an A & E department.
