Trees

On Legal Completion all trees will be living. There may be times when treeplanting takes place after Legal Completion and this will be governed by the planting season. Cyden will replace any failed landscaping reported at the time of Legal Completion. Cyden cannot be held responsible for landscaping that fails because of under watering or lack of care. Regular watering of the young trees and plants is essential.
