Cyden Homes Limited are always seeking land with the potential for residential development in quality areas within Lincolnshire, North Nottinghamshire and  South and East Yorkshire.

We are looking for land that either has an existing residential planning permission, local plan housing allocation or ability to obtain planning permission for housing in the future.

Ideally the land should be in a ‘prime’ area with the scope to build 50 homes or more. However, it is always worth enquiring should you think there is a development opportunity.
